You can help us

You can help usWe are so grateful to all our supporters for the contributions they have made to helping improve the day-to-day lives of our service users.

We are dependent on voluntary income to ensure that we can continue to provide the best service possible. Each year we must raise at least £130,000 just to keep the Fircroft Centre open.

Ways You Can Help Us

  • Buying personalised Christmas Cards - we have participated in the 2008 Charity Choice personalised Christmas card programme which donates 50p to charity for each card sold, follow the banner below for more:

  • Events - Can you join us at any of our annual fundraising/friend-raising events? Our biggest fundraising event is our annual sponsored walk. Or if walking is not your cup of tea perhaps run a coffee morning or small event for our benefit? Click here for the latest news and events.
  • Volunteering – In a variety of different ways: befriending, gardening, office work, etc. Regularly or sporadically, we can always use your help.
  • Donating Furniture/unwanted goods to our Shops - Besides furniture, we also take electrical goods.
  • eBay - Please visit Ebay and see the items we have on sale. Please click here www.missionfish.org.uk
  • Corporate support – Do you belong to a company that could support us in any way? Larger companies in particular, will often match fund any donation given to a charity by an employee. Goods and vouchers are also useful for our raffles.
  • Spreading the word… - We are very keen to raise awareness of our work in the community and also to highlight issues surrounding mental health problems. Would you consider giving copies of our newsletter to friends and/or neighbours?

If you can’t help us, maybe you know someone who can...

THANK YOU
